10 Reasons Nobody Cares About The Kinect

10. The Price

When it was first released, the price of the Kinect was $149.99. It has since gone down to around $100, which isn€™t too bad a price for such a device, but when you take into account the price of the games, you can see just how expensive investing in a Kinect actually can be. Despite most of the games not being full-fledged games, they still insist on marking them with the full $50-60 price tag. When you consider just how little you€™re actually getting, this is simply unacceptable. Unsurprisingly, it doesn€™t take long for these games€™ prices to substantially go down, so one only has to wait a couple months to save some money. Even still, many of these games are so lacking in any substance that even at a reduced price they are not worth it. Basically, the Kinect is asking for a lot for very little.
