RE7 is already nothing short of a social media phenomenon, and considering the easy potential the game's shocks give streamers for Let's Plays and reaction videos, it's not too hard to figure out why.

YouTube has been flooded with hilarious videos of people practically soiling themselves after one of the game's many jump scares, and there's a certain community spirit among those who have dared to play the game in VR: the shared trauma helps the game's "victims" bond.

And for those among us who are simply too scared to try the game in VR themselves, they're able to vicariously live the experience through these videos, which is pretty awesome itself.
