10 Resident Evil Games That Desperately Need A Remake

4. Resident Evil Survivor Series

If it's not the worst game in the history of the entire franchise, then it's definitely close. It's infamously bad and one of the earliest examples of Resident Evil sucking. The sequel isn't much better either.

However, we know they can do good light gun games. Dead Aim is definitely not a bad game and the Chronicles games on Wii and PS3 are really good fun (but probably could also do with a remake at this stage). In fact, if the powers that be are feeling generous, then just remaster them all and bundle them together. That would be amazing and a perfect fit for the Switch's gyro and Joy Cons.

The timing would make sense too, given the remake of The House of the Dead just on the horizon.

It'd be a good opportunity to fix the story too; it doesn't pertain to any of the beloved mainstays and doesn't add anything to the overall narrative. The safest option would be to utilise a character like Ada or use it to fill in some gaps, like what Chris Redfield was up to between the original game and Code Veronica.

To be frank, no change could screw this game up any further.
