For those not familiar with Fred Durst, hes the front man of Limp Bizkit. Still doesnt ring a bell? He was in the band who performed The Undertakers temporary WWE theme song Rollin and always used to wear a backwards red cap. While Limp Bizkit were fairly successful, their songs being featured in the films Mission Impossible II and Gothika, Durst wasnt satisfied just being a nu-metal star: he wanted to be turned into pixels too. Durst has been featured in two WWE games but most notably was available in the 2004 flop, Fight Club. Being based on David Fincher's excellent film in no way influenced the quality Genuine Games' title. Many people felt it was just an attempt to milk the success of the critically and commercially acclaimed film. The game tries (and fails) to capture the same atmosphere as the movie by keeping to the rules and run down locations. Fred Durst becomes available to use in-game after the story mode (yeah, theres apparently a story) has been completed. Were pretty sure that no one actually wanted to play as Durst, however, and just used him as a punching bag for the other characters.
