9. Visage
Visage is a recent horror title that was heavily inspired by the legendary P.T. demo. Those who have played Visage have even called it the best of the spiritual successors that came out of the cancellation of Silent Hills.
However, it wasn't a smooth ride to get to that position. The game had a long road to completion. It was heavily advertised around 2015-2016 with a 2018 release date. Unfortunately, production took longer than anticipated, and it kept being pushed back. This had an impact on audiences, many of whom simply forgot about it. It was eventually released in October 2020.
Set in the 1980s, players explore the home of Dwayne Anderson and discover that tragic events have unfolded prior to the beginning, and we’re now locked inside the house.
