Crying Wolf has a pretty harrowing backstory. Afflicted with post traumatic stress disorder from her childhood in a warzone, she cries out constantly.
When she faces off against Solid Snake in Metal Gear Solid 4, she lives up to her reputation. Her monstrous wolf exoskeleton and powerful railgun combine with throwbacks to MGS 1's Sniper Wolf to create a horrifyingly predatory villain.
The location of the fight is the field on Shadow Moses where Snake fought Sniper Wolf in MGS1, again under cover of a strong blizzard. It's the perfect backdrop for this eerie battle as Crying Wolf howls her sorrow through the snow between blasts from her railgun.
