10 Secret Video Game Endings Hiding In Plain Sight
1. Don't Feel Like Dying, So I Guess I'll Die (Cyberpunk 2077)
The final mission of Cyberpunk 2077 comes with a really tough decision to make. The player has to storm Arasaka Tower with a friend, who will most likely die, or go on the suicide mission alone.
Neither choice seems all that appealing, especially since both have serious consequences for the story and the player won't be allowed to save once inside Arasaka Tower.
Given all of this, perhaps the third, much simpler option, might be just the thing for you.
It turns out that if you wait for about five minutes while thinking your options over with Johnny, your character will unlock special dialogue which will cause them to throw away the pills they need in order to survive, and then shoot themselves in the head.
Though naturally not the most heroic way to go, it does fit in with the dire situation the player is in and it comes with a nice little bit of dialogue between Johnny and V.
Additionally, during the credits roll, the player will be able to look at all the disheartened messages V's friends have sent to them after hearing about their tragic suicide.
