Hitman 3 is a great addition to the series, adding a chock-full of carefully crafted missions and all sorts of fun and imaginative ways of disposing of your targets. The game doesn't shy away from including secrets and bizarre easter eggs, such as being abducted by aliens, and the game's final mission is no different.

At the end of the game, Agent 47 confronts the Constant, the leader of the secretive Providence organization. He can either kill him or use a memory-wiping serum on him.

If the player waits for approximately a minute, the Constant will offer 47 a third option. He will tell him to use the serum on himself, causing a pop-up to appear. If 47 takes the offer, he will black out and awaken in a white padded cell, the same cell he awakens in in the first game.

This ending is a nice nod to the long-time fans of the series, although it obviously doesn't really make sense for 47 to do this. This is likely why so few people have discovered it, despite it taking less than a minute of standing around doing nothing.
