Here is another fairly simple secret ending, which requires the player to fail miserably in order to reach it.

In Detroit: Become Human, the player is guiding a group of androids through the events of an upcoming machine revolution in the city of Detroit. Naturally, most players would prefer to see their characters succeed. However, if, for some reason, you manage to get all of the characters killed before the finale, the game will still reward you with a secret epilogue.

In this ending, the revolution fails, and the humans decide to get rid of all androids. Elijah Kamski, the creator of androids, decides to come out of hiding and reestablish himself as the CEO of CyberLife. He is interviewed about the android situation and his exchange with the reporter casts some more light on the events of the game.

It is largely speculated that Kamski is the one who caused the revolution in the first place. Although he reassures the reporter that the revolution was a mistake, his words during the interview could be interpreted as him admitting to the failure of his creation but also showing that he is willing to improve it and make the revolution happen again.
