The Binding of Isaac boasts impressive collections of items that help your character in their journey through the poo-and-blood-filled dungeon.

The game's community loves to come up with different matches for these items to create the perfect combination of powers and abilities, but what some of them don't know is that some of these items have built-in compatibility, as is the case with Guppy's body parts.

After picking three items related to Isaac's pet cat, Guppy, the player can unlock a secret new form of Guppy himself. Their body gains a familiar feline appearance, and you get access to a couple new abilities that reflect on Guppy's mangy and very decomposing demeanor.

While you are Guppy-fied, your character's tears spawn Blue Flies, a special type of familiar that flies around damaging enemy units, giving you an endless supply of friends with each tear you shed. You also get the ability to fly, and before you ask why a cat can fly, just remember that the game makes it very clear that Guppy is dead.

It's not Isaac without some dark humor put into the mix.
