10 Simple Ways Rockstar Could Ruin GTA 6
3. Teasing Us Too Much
Generally speaking, Grand Theft Auto has always been a series that works best when Rockstar let gamers, the media and (latterly) social media do their talking for them. Anticipation is king when it comes to GTA, and that's something the dev team have been able to harness over the years.
Come GTA 6, they should do so again.
A hint or two wouldn't hurt, but Rockstar need to keep things under wraps as best they can to ensure 6 has the same level of mystique about it that 5 did. Some people, as bizarre as it sounds, even went into that game without knowing much beforehand. That's an anomaly in today's information overload.
By keeping things minimal, GTA 6 will be able to tease players with the prospect of what's coming. A quick flash of Ocean Beach would be enough to send pulses racing and people running to Twitter for more and more info. It's all in the tease, and that's something GTA (as a series) knows better than most.
