10 Specific Reasons To Get Hyped For 2016's Biggest Games

4. Dialogue Options During Conversations - Uncharted 4: A Thief's End

Uncharted 4 is coming out in only a couple of months, and the latest instalment promises to bring some big changes with its upcoming April release. The most unexpected of all shown so far was the shown inclusion of dialogue options; where in some recent gameplay footage, Naughty Dog showed Nate choosing which story (from the previous games) he wishes to tell first to his brother. Now, whether or not this is an important factor across the game's entire runtime or not hasn't been stated. Regardless, this adds some definite curiosity as to whether or not there are other in-game choices that could alter the ending or other pivotal scenes in any way. Remember, Uncharted 4 was originally delayed to 2016 so the writers could focus on perfecting the ending and story, so this COULD be a possibility. In other areas, every aspect gameplay and visuals seems to have been improved; from a heightened level of intensity for gunfights, to some fully-controllable driving sections (that likely won't be driven anywhere as smoothly as the gameplay demo did). To add an extra layer of depth and versatility to shootouts, there seem to also be certain sections in which Nate's Indiana Jones-like rope can be utilized in combat, as seen in the 2014 PlayStation Experience footage. Nate, while under fire, swings his rope, latches onto a branch with the help of a button prompt, to then swing like Tarzan for a heroic knock-out punch to the enemy below.
Considering this could be the end of the beloved Nathan Drake, Uncharted 4 is shaping up to be an explosive conclusion for a video game icon.
