6. That Walk Of Shame To Buy Wasp Sting Medicine

There you were, minding your business and viciously shaking a tree to get some extra tree branches. Unwittingly, concealed underneath the green bushel of leaves was an angry wasp nest, ready to personally injure whoever was currently disrupting their residential tree. The nest drops to the ground, agitated wasps emerge, and before you can grab your net, those wasps inflict serious punishment on you (specifically, on your eye).

Now it's time to do what nobody wants to do: buy medicine to fix your gross eye. It doesn't matter that the injury eventually heals itself, you've got to take care of this immediately. This means doing that dreaded walk of shame over to little Tommy Nook to pick up some medicine (or craft some if you picked up the wasp nest). It doesn't matter that the medical cost is minimal and is easy to use, it's the PRINCIPLE of the matter.

While it's far from being the most inconvenient event that can occur (tarantulas one-hit you after all), there's just some level of embarrassment attached to these moments, like that feeling of 'Oh c'mon, you're better than this.' It doesn't help that fellow villagers shame you after you're stung too. Simply put, wasps are the worst.
