Though it was incredible to get the old band back together and have Kevin Conroy and Mark Hamill reprise their roles as Batman and Joker for Arkham Asylum, apparently it wasn't all that great of an experience for the actors themselves.

Allegedly, having to record their lines separately in their own individual studio slots made for a process that wasn't totally enjoyable, especially when the pair were used to recording with each other on Batman: The Animated Series.

Fortunately this was remedied for the sequel, and this time around the two were able to bounce off each other in an actual recording studio for their sessions. This was a much more enjoyable experience, and arguably elicited an even better performance from the two actors, especially Hamill who absolutely revelled in this new, sick and twisted version of the Clown Prince of Crime.
