10 Things You Didn't Know About Borderlands 2

7. Psychos Know The Bard

Borderlands 2
Gearbox Software

One of the most iconic enemies in the game are Psychos. They are all over the place in every Borderlands game, and Borderlands 2 is no exception. Psychos are used in the game's advertising, and they just love to run straight into a stream of gunfire whenever they see a player.

There's something else a Psycho can do in the game, but it's not what you might expect. Sure, they will hack apart their buddies and blow themselves up whenever they get the chance, but that doesn't mean they don't have an appreciation of the finer things in life.

In fact, Psychos are well-read. Seriously. They enjoy reading and reciting their favorite soliloquy, but more specifically, they really go crazy over William Shakespeare's "Too sullied flesh" soliloquy from Hamlet. It's a strange quirk of the characters, but if you're in an area where they are and have yet to be noticed, you might just hear them quoting it.

What more, they don't just riff a couple of lines; if left to their own devices, a Psycho in Borderlands 2 will belt out the entire soliloquy, which is saying something, as it's over 30 lines of dialogue. Fortunately, you don't have to try and stumble upon this odd Easter Egg on your own; you can check it out below:
