Another costume-based reference, this time in a rhythm game. One of the little extras in Rock Band was being able to customise your own avatar's appearance, and one specific outfit is very much Whovian-inspired.
The "Doctor What" outfit is a near-direct importation of one of the most iconic looks from the series' history. Tom Baker sure knew how to accessorise, and now your own rock legend can become the ultimate Time Lord rock performer.
The Doctor What outfit cost $169 to pick up, but once you splashed a little bit of you in-game cash you could sport something very similar to Tom Baker's super-long scarf and jacket ensemble. Sure, it's not quite the technicolour marvel that Baker's Doctor Who wore, but nevertheless this is a very slick look for any upcoming musicians.
It's a shame that we haven't had a new Rock Band in a little while, as another outfit from the 12th Doctor played by Peter Capaldi would make for a perfect fit now we have seen the Doctor is no strange to wielding a guitar rather than a sonic screwdriver every now and then.
