10 Times Pokémon Games Were Censored For Western Audiences

3. Nidoqueen's Breast Fondling

When Pokémon Stadium 2 was released in America for the Nintendo 64, the Pokémon called Nidoqueen was edited due to the way it looked like she was groping herself when coming out of her Pokéball in the game's Japanese version.

When left idle, the resolution of the N64's graphics made it look like Nidoqueen was fondling her own breasts while waiting for the player to choose a move to use.

Not only that, after Nidoqueen was given a command, it looked like she was wiggling in a suggestive manner, and her arm placements still looked a tad too raunchy.

This had to be changed for the American market, lest a few poor, misguided children developed a strange fetish for block-like, badly animated rhino breasts.
