What makes this scene remarkable is Team Silents use of fixed camera angles. Upon entering the room, players can see Henry and Eileen facing them while hearing strange moaning in the background. Once they walk forward slightly, the camera suddenly shifts onto the source of the sound. This sudden shift in camera angles is enough to elicit a jump from players, even though the head is incapable of harming Henry. Seeing the strange head is enough to stick in players' minds; they won't be able to forget this. Some have
speculated that the moaning suggests that Henry has always felt sexual attraction to Eileen. While it's unclear what Eileen's head represents, it serves as another example for Team Silent's ability for creating symbols that fans continue to discuss.
