3. Wii Inflatable Kart

Ever found that the Nintendo Wii's wireless steering wheel really isn't sufficient in capturing the realistic thrills of racing an actual car? Ever wanted to enhance the experience of a racing game to unimaginably authentic heights? Then, of course, the first instinct will be to buy one of these inflatable Wii race cars, complete with a turning steering wheel that the Wii-mote can be placed in. Aside from being pretty impractical for many homes and also requiring a decent set-up time just to inflate the damn thing,
product reviews note frequent complaints about how it breaks after just a few plays, either by simply bursting, or parts of the plastic just spontaneously breaking off, making it clear that this is really nothing more than a cheap-and-cheerful knock-off of those excellent full-size driving pods the richer of us can buy. Though not a terrible concept as such, it's just a feeble imitation, trying to fill a niche that has already been filled better before; one review hilariously states that "it took more time to inflate than to break". Besides, it's the Wii; if we want a really authentic racing experience, we'll buy a dedicated steering wheel we can nail to a surface and a copy of Gran Turismo 5.
