10 Upcoming 2016 Video Games We Can’t Wait To See More Of

7. Dishonored 2

There's going to be two playable characters in Dishonored 2. Unfortunate, forcefully orphaned princess Emily Kaldwin and lead from the original, Corvo Attano, are sharing protagonist duties this time around, and Arkane Studios are promising some vastly different gameplay depending on which one you opt to fill the shoes of. As was the case with its predecessor, we'll be given free reign to choose between massacring every living thing that moves, or pursue the more pious approach of abstaining from any murder in favour of living in the shadows. Whatever your choice, both characters will plod through the same set of missions but follow entirely different paths through them. Sounds remarkably similar to the Leon/Claire scenarios from Resident Evil 2, doesn't it? We already know that both Emily and Corvo will have completely different abilities to set the two of them apart, and with the knowledge of how the campaigns will work, it's a pretty safe comparison to make. Now we just need some actual gameplay to compliment Arkane's lofty aspirations and big talk. So far, all we have is a slick cinematic trailer released at last year's E3. Please, Bethesda, don't make us wait until June again to see more.
