1. Playground Games' Fable Reboot
Playground Games is an interesting choice for producing the next Fable - their speciality generally is the Forza series, but given what they've done with the Horizon games and last year's Forza Horizon 5 being probably the best reviewed game of the year, we're pretty excited to see what they can do with Fable.
Left on the shelf for several years after the closure of original developers Lionhead, the Fable series was once extremely popular despite Peter Molyneux's best efforts to self-sabotage the marketing of the first three titles in the series.
We know next-to-nothing about this new reboot other than it exists and who's making it, but given Playground Games' graphical abilities and Fable's traditional fantasy aesthetics, it should look absolutely incredible when it comes out.
We have big hopes for this one - the world of Fable is one of the most memorable in gaming, and it's exciting to see what a fresh new developer can do with the property.
