6. God Of War: Ragnarok
The original reboot of God of War is often cited as one of the greatest games of all time, so there's a lot of pressure on Santa Monica studio to deliver with their highly-anticipated sequel, God of War: Ragnarok.
We have faith that they will.
From what we've seen so far in the small amount of footage released, it looks like more of what made the first game great. We've still got big-beardy BOY enthusiast Kratos causing havoc and thwacking things with the awesome Leviathan Axe, it looks like it's got plenty of exploration like the first one and - more excitingly - we've got an older Atreus, adding a new and exciting dynamic to the storyline.
In what's looking like a stacked year already, if God of War: Ragnarok sticks the landing when it hopefully releases, it could well end up being this year's Game of the Year.
