10 Upcoming Single Player Games You Should Be Excited About

8. Harmony: The Fall Of Reverie

Star Wars Jedi Survivor
Dontnod Entertainment

Although all that's been seen on Harmony: The Fall Of Reverie is a trailer, that's more than enough to know that this title is something special.

Boasting a gorgeous art style, Harmony is the latest game from developers Dontnod, the talented team behind Tell Me Why and the Life Is Strange series. Given the team's pedigree for storytelling, players can expect another intimate and emotionally charged outing when this game launches in June 2023.

Set within a not-too-distant future, this title sees protagonist Polly return home to search for her missing mother to find that her hometown has been taken over by a shady megacorporation.

Much like the characters from the rest of the developer's library, Polly has a special gift. Hers is clairvoyance, which gives her a connection to the eponymous realm of Reverie, where god-like personifications of human traits live. Here, she must decide which of these beings should rule Reverie.

The fate of both worlds depends on the decisions made. However, Polly's gift of foresight will offer some guidance into what the consequences of her choices could be. With a variety of branching paths to explore, multiple playthroughs will be required to see everything this game has to offer.
