2. Bust-A-Move 2: Arcade Edition
Clearly inspired by Pinhead's last prostate exam, there aren't enough words to describe how freaky this cover is. The tag line reads, "So addictive...it should be illegal!" and it's probably safe to assume that something very illegal went down in order to create this disturbing as all hell cover. It's an odd decision to suggest that playing a game will both disturb and physically harm you, but that didn't derail Taito's attempt to negatively sell the game on the suggestion that you'd need to force your eyes open to play as much as you want to. That's a particularly odd and aggressive suggestion, since this is just a bubble shooter, which has very little to do with the disturbing images suggested by the cover. It seems like there was a miscommunication to the marketing team: instead of "fun addictive bubble game" they must have heard "recreate that brainwashing scene in A Clockwork Orange but put his head in a bubble".
