Baldur’s Gate 3 features a variety of different endings, including some specifically related to the origin of your main character.

The Dark Urge origin comes with three such unique endings, determined by how you’ve dealt with your murderous calling throughout the game. You can reject your evil heritage and look for a better life; you can embrace it and become the murder lord of the world... or you can accidentally push yourself too far and become a mindless killing machine that pisses themselves at the thought of stabbing someone in the back.

The last ending is considered to be the worst of them all, not only because your character is reduced to a rabid beast, but also because in the end it’s implied you kill all of your companions.

This outcome is incredibly easy to get by accident, as in order to get it, you have to completely submit yourself to Bhaal’s influence for the entire game, but then decide to go against your unholy father’s wishes right at the end and destroy the Elder Brain instead of taking control of it.

You might think you're having a heroic change of heart, but in reality you're dooming yourself into becoming an even worse monster.
