9. Destroyman - No More Heroes
The assassins you go up against in No More Heroes are rarely respectable human beings. However, if there is one person who sticks out for being especially despicable, it's definitely the self-styled superhero, Destroyman.
Destroyman is an unhinged sadist who dresses up and pretends to be a superhero during his assassinations. He uses a handful of deadly gadgets and practical effects to make himself look like a psychotic knockoff of Superman, but this said, no amount of smoke and mirrors could hide the fact that Destroyman is just a lying, cheating scumbag.
Before you even begin your fight with him, Destroyman tries to kill you several times by using some really bad and cheap tricks on you. He first asks you to turn around and then immediately attempts to shoot you in the back, and then he zaps you with a lethal electrical shock when he shakes your hand for the sake of "sportsmanship."
The rest of the fight isn't any better, as Destroyman keeps running off whenever you're close to getting him, but ultimately, all this cheating is for nothing, as on average, it only takes about four minutes to take him down.
As a superhero, he should know that crime doesn't pay.
