1. Pontiff Sulyvahn - Dark Souls 3
Pontiff Sulyvahn is, both lore-wise and gameplay-wise, one of the most powerful beings in Dark Souls 3. The fight with him takes a considerable amount of skill and, likely, a lot of ragequits before you actually manage to defeat him. He moves around the stage a lot, and just one chain attack of his is capable of killing your character instantly.
Thankfully, some Dark Souls players have found a way to give Ponty a taste of his own medicine.
Unlike many other bosses in Dark Souls 3, Pontiff Sulyvahn doesn't actually have a lot of health. This means that a powerful enough attack can technically take down his entire health bar in one strike. It might sound easier said than done, but that is exactly what the Dark Souls community discovered.
Using a combination of buffs from Yhorm's Great Machete, the Sunlight Sword, the Dragon Torso, the Red Tearstone Ring, and the Morion Blade, the player can deal enough damage to instantly kill Pontiff Sulyvahn with one well-timed parry.
