4. Bowser - Super Mario Odyssey

Bowser, the King of the Koopas and the overarching villain of the Super Mario franchise needs no introduction. He's one of Nintendo's most iconic characters and has a habit of appearing in multiple boss fights in a multitude of Mario games.
Super Mario Odyssey is no exception, as you've got to tangle with this fire-breathing menace twice.
The first fight with Bowser happens in the Cloud Kingdom, where Mario is forced to contend with the villain's boxing hat and love of throwing things. He then pops up again with an almost identical fight - save for a few details - in the Moon Kingdom as the final boss.
Now, Bowser's not the only character who fights multiple times in Odyssey, as The Broodals also throw their hats into the ring (thank you) more than once. However, they're all involved in the RoboBrood fight as well, so they technically battle more than twice each.
You just can't keep a classic monster like Bowser down.
