10 Video Game Character Builds You Must NEVER Choose

3. Crusader Kings III - Infirm

Crusader Kings III was released with a whole array of new mechanics and functions that many of the series' fans have been anticipating since the second game. One such feature was the character creator, which allowed you to fully customize your character and put virtually anyone you wanted into the game.

Of course, this kind of freedom has to come at a price. The amount of traits you can give your lord or lady is truly staggering, and some really unfortunate characteristics can sneak onto that list without the player realizing what they actually do.

In fact, some traits are so bad, they can instantly render your ruler incapacitated and will likely cause them to die early on in the game.

The infirm trait is a one-way ticket to a terrible and really short campaign. Not only does it inflict massive penalties on all of your stats, but it also prevents you from ruling independently and makes you more likely to die. Your whole campaign will be spent watching as the AI makes choices for you (all of them terrible, by the way) and slowly waiting for your character to die to end your abominable run.
