10 Video Game Enemies So Hard They Got DELETED
5. The Flood Juggernaut - Halo 2

The Flood are unquestionably the most terrifying enemy in the entire Halo franchise, their introduction in the original game remaining one of the series' single most iconic and unforgettable moments.
But as players discovered by digging into Halo 2's game files, Bungie originally intended to up the pant-filling ante for the sequel by having players face off against a creature known as the Flood Juggernaut.
The Flood Juggernaut was a gigantic Flood mini-boss - a hulking creature basically comprised of numerous smaller Flood entities grotesquely fused together.
With its huge size and far-reaching tentacles, the Flood Juggernaut was able to kill the player in a single hit.
The creature was supposed to appear in three of Halo 2's levels but was ultimately removed from the game because Bungie didn't have time to correctly balance the creature's AI and make it more manageable for players.
According to a key franchise designer, Robert McLees, "the suggested intelligence was way too high for what design needed to use it for, which was as a big tank."
The Juggy did eventually get its time in the sun, though - well, sort of. The Flood Juggernaut was mentioned in Halo Wars 2's Phoenix Logs and later showed up in the arcade shooter Halo: Fireteam Raven.
