10 Video Game Franchises You Won't Be Seeing For A While

This has to be one of the saddest game franchise losses of 2018. With Capcom Vancouver closing their doors, and the utter failure that was Dead Rising 4, it's safe to say we won't be seeing Dead Rising for some time.

Although there are plenty of games out there focusing on zombies, the Dead Rising games have always been some of the most interesting, and some of the most fun.

The original game in particular has always been held in high regard, but both Dead Rising 2 and Dead Rising 3 were also considered quite good games.

It's Dead Rising 4 that really killed the series off.

Not only was it a buggy mess, but mechanically it was barely a Dead Rising game. With poor reception and sales, it's unlikely we'll see a reboot for quite some time, especially with Capcom at the helm.

Thanks for the millions of zombie kills Dead Rising. You'll be missed.
