The Nuke is the most powerful weapon in Turok 2: Seeds of Evil, capable of obliterating any standard enemy with a single blast.

However, obtaining this atomic beast is not easy. Firstly, you must activate a hidden switch in each level to open the Flesh Portal. After that, you need to this portal and kill a swarm of baddies before you are rewarded with a Nuke piece. Once you've done this six times, you will have assembled this bad boy. Now you are armed with this monster weapon, you'd assume the rest of your playthrough would be a cake-walk.

However, it's really not worth the time and effort to get this gizmo, since the Nuke takes five seconds to charge, and five more seconds before it kills its target. While you're prepping the Nuke, you're a sitting duck for ten seconds, giving your foes ample time to tear you apart. If you use the Scorpion Launcher or the Shredder instead, you can slaughter these nasty dinos in half the time.

Because you can acquire the Nuke very late in the game and it has no effect on the final boss, there's no major incentive to pick it up.
