10 Video Game Weapons You Probably Never Found

The Dead Space series absolutely terrified us with it's grotesque multi-limbed parasitic aliens, dark spaceship environments and eerie sound design. However in contrast to this reputation of scares, in the second game there is one very silly weapon that can be unlocked to bring a little light to this dark affair.

If you were to complete the already fairly difficult Dead Space 2 on the hardest mode, you'd be rewarded with a comical red foam hand that Isaac wields like a gun. The absurd weapon features infinite ammunition and will instantly kill enemies, resulting in all of their limbs becoming dismembered simultaneously. When firing the hand cannon, Isaac will exclaim out loud 'BANG BANG' or if using the secondary fire button, 'pew pew pew'.

Curiously, the hand cannon's melee damage is equal to it's primary and secondary fire, meaning you can smack the necromorphs into pieces with ease. There is something about this final unlockable weapon that takes away all of the horror from Dead Space 2, which many of us never got to experience.
