10 Video Games Consoles Couldn't Handle

1. Cyberpunk 2077

Last, but certainly not least, we come to Cyberpunk 2077, the highest profile release on the list and the one console owners feel most let down by.

Having been in development for seven years, the hype was and still is ridiculous. After The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt power-bombed the industry in 2015, many came to view developer CD Projekt Red as one of the greatest developers in the business. So it was that eight million pre-orders were put down for their most recent release.

And so too were many gamers disappointed. Gameplay videos of Cyberpunk 2077 were shown off on the PlayStation 4 Pro, Xbox One X and PC, omitting other versions on purpose. As it turned out, playing on the base PlayStation 4 or Xbox One is an experience riddled with bugs alongside weaker graphics and technical performance.

On the top-end PCs, the game is still plagued with issues, but not nearly to the extent of the most popular consoles. The game has only been out for a week and many have cried foul at Cyberpunk's lesser performance on the base PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Others have requested refunds and the overall reaction to the game itself is yet to be fully told.

Do you have any other bad console ports that played far better on PC? Stick them in the comments down below.
