10 Video Games Hidden Inside Other Video Games

2. Galaga In Tekken 1

Galaga Game
Midway

Now technically this isn’t very hidden, seeing as it presents itself to the player while the game is loading, but the reason I’m including it anyway comes from being an Easter Egg that unlocks something within this behemoth of blocky beatdowns.

As the game renders all those sweet, sweet (read: horrifying) facial textures of Tekken 1, the player is allowed to play a quick game of Galaga (or at least a cut down version of it). This callback to a title that put Namco on the map is sweet enough but what makes it even better is that by getting through all 8 rounds with a perfect score actually unlocks the Devil Kazuya skin for you to play with.

True the skin doesn’t change how he handles but you have to admit, for a throwback that throws the player a cool skin, it’s a very nice touch indeed!
