10 Video Games That Kill You In The First Level

The video game, Back to the Future: Part III, only has four levels and yet, only a chosen few have completed it due to its outrageous difficulty. In the opening, you ride on a horse through the valley as Doc Emmet Brown. Through the level, you must dodge barrels, rocks, birds, rival horse riders, and crevasses.

There are three ways to avoid obstacles - jump over them, shoot them, or duck. Although you can beat this level through simple memorisation, you are bombarded by so many obstacles, it frazzles your brain to remember when to duck, jump, or shoot. The last section is exceptionally gruelling since there are obstacles in the air and on the ground at the same time, meaning you have to jump AND duck simultaneously to get through. If you mistime your movements by a single frame, you will be hurled off your horse, wasting valuable time.
