5. Mirror's Edge
Average Play Length: 6 hours, 21 minutes

Mirror's Edge was first released back in 2008 for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3, and the game was an instant hit. The title is set in a futuristic dystopia, where a network of 'runners' act as couriers who transmit messages while evading government surveillance.
It was an awesome experience that came out of nowhere, but most players popped the game into their consoles and finished it before going to bed that same day.
The game clocks in with an average playtime of only six hours and 21 minutes. That includes all of the trial-and-error gameplay required to successfully navigate across rooftops throughout the city, which means the story could have used a bit more to it.
Mirror's Edge was rebooted in 2016 as Mirror's Edge: Catalyst, which had additional content, bringing the average story completion time to eight hours and 34 minutes. The devs clearly took note of fan complaints about the original game, as its significantly shorter than its successor.
