If you're unlucky enough to gain these endings, Norman dies after overdosing on the fictional Drug Triptocaine he is addicted to and Madison is killed. Ethan is framed for the Origami killer's crimes and ends up hanging himself in prison, having been unable to save his 8-year-old son Shaun after he gets kidnapped.

The other character Scott who is revealed to be the killer all along ends up walking away free and not answering for any of his crimes.

For perspective, your main goal is to save Shaun and the killer ends up succeeding in killing the 8-year-old child, along with countless others. It's also implied he will continue his murderous ways until he finds a dad who is able to save their child.
