10 Video Games You Can Never Finish

10. Batman: Arkham Origins Banishes Batman To An Empty Void

Batman: Arkham Origins launched with a ton of debilitating bugs and performance issues, including the ironic slow-crawl that was the game's "fast-travel" feature.

And while most players were at least transported from A-to-B eventually, there was an unfortunate additional glitch which effectively broke the game for anyone affected.

This bug would ensure the map failed to load, causing Batman to fall into an endless, empty black void.

But what made it game-breaking was the fact that Arkham Origins autosaves whenever it loads a new area, and with the game assuming that the player has been safely transported to their desired locale, promptly dished up an autosave which exiled the Caped Crusader to the abyss forever more.

Unless you had the foresight to use multiple saves before this cataclysmic moment, you were S.O.L. and had to start the entire game again. Or just throw it in the trash out of protest.
