10 Videogame Holiday Destinations You Should Avoid

1. The Ark - Brink

Once situated just off the coast of San Francisco before it was secretly relocated, The Ark was a thriving economically and environmentally self-sustained man-made floating island. A mega-structure €“ a feat of human engineering, it became home to scientists and the rich and famous looking for new luxurious living. However, that all went to pot when the sea levels began to rise, resulting in The Ark becoming the only safe place on earth. And of course, that meant a massive influx of disease-ridden refugees, most being dangerous criminals. And no one wants to get mixed up with that sort on their holidays. Seeing as The Ark was designed to house 5,000 people but is now home to 45,000 people, supplies and space are at an absolute minimum. So chances are you might struggle with that restaurant reservation you promised the missus. The matter won€™t be helped by the lack of decent accommodation either. Unless you were one of the lucky ones who reside in the wealthier €˜Upper Ark€™, you€™ll be holidaying amongst the hoodlums and reprobates of €˜Lower Ark€™ and spending your nights in shanty towns, sleeping in crowded, poorly-constructed homes or old disused rusty ships. Nobody likes to spend their holidays staying in a place like that. If that wasn€™t bad enough, chances are you€™ll get caught up in a war between The Ark€™s police force and the Resistance. And don€™t even think about trying to call home €“ The Ark lost contact with the outside world. Our advice is to settle up your bill as soon as and head on home. It€™s sorted then. After the process of elimination, we€™ve deduced that the safest place you should go on holiday this autumn is a lovely little caravan on the south coast. Nothing possible can kill you there. Enjoy yourselves!
