8. Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation Had A Hidden Nudie Tomb
For many, the holy grail of Lara Croft's many unconventional archaeological digs weren't the literal treasures the busty Tomb Raider discovered after slaughtering many endangered species: no, it was getting the player character to take her already-skimpy clothes off, with cheat codes that supposedly let you do that becoming urban legends. In that they didn't actually exist, that is. But still, developers CORE had an inkling that their players had some impure thoughts regarding Lara hence hiring a succession of glamour models to portray her in public appearances and this advert for the third game. But they did manage to refrain from anything amorous in the games themselves... ...Well, at least until the fourth Playstation title where there's a whole cut environment, still tucked away on the game disc, where Lara had to travail a temple which was covered in images of a naked priestess. Literally covered. Every single surface had this birthday suit engraving on. It's actually kind of disturbing, like the lair of a stalker/serial killer...
