10 Worst Celebrity Video Game Performances

5. Michael Madsen - Reservoir Dogs

Ghostbusters Bill Murray
Eidos Interactive

Mr. Blonde himself, Michael Madsen, was the only actor to return for the Reservoir Dogs game, which actually showed the heist the movie only alluded to. The other members of the cast obviously realised turning Tarantino’s script into a gory third person shooter was a weak idea, but the easy cheque must have been too tempting for Michael.

He sounds noticeably gruffer than he did in the movie, and instead of the smooth charm Blonde had – even when he turns psychotic – he just barks every line. His lifeless performance here is in stark contrast to this work in the movie, but at least it gives us a clear idea of just how nasty the character could be.

The other performances are pretty weak too, but since barely anyone played it the game didn’t affect the legacy of the movie too much.

Handsome. Charismatic. Intelligent. Noble. Witty. I'm none of these things, but I'm a half decent writer, I guess.
