10 Worst FPS Campaigns Of All Time

1. Rogue Warrior

Duke Nukem Forever
Bethesda Softworks

Last, but not least, we have Rogue Warrior, by far the worst entry on the list and one of the laziest titles in recent memory. It was patched together by Rebellion Developments and released in 2009.

While the game had been in the pipeline since 2006, the game moved from Zombie Studios and changed its focus in the process. Upon release, it was widely panned by critics, having seemingly been rushed out the door with minimal effort. Judging by the game's voice acting and dialogue, it appears much of the budget may have gone towards hiring one actor in particular.

The game's one claim to fame was the use of leading man Mickey Rourke, who voices protaganist Richard Marchinko. This real-life navy seal heads behind enemy lines to conduct covert operations.

Outside of its abysmal gameplay, terrible graphics and weak controls, Rogue Warrior is remembered the most for its ludicrous use of foul language. As Rourke fs and blinds his way through the terrible campaign, gamers were treated to an awful experience.

It offered many a laugh to those who stumbled across it on the web many years ago, but it hardly matters. Loaded with expletives and janky gameplay, Rogue Warrior is the worst FPS campaign of the last twenty years.
