10 Worst Non-Signature Abilities In Pokémon Games

Quick question - without knowing anything about it, who would want to use an ability called "Weak Armor"? It doesn't sound like a very reassuring ability, that is for certain. And sure enough, it isn't.

Weak Armor raises a Pokémon's Speed whenever it is hit by a physical attack, but it also lowers the Pokémon's Defense. Sure, a faster Pokémon can kill its opponents by out-speeding them, but if those opponents don't die, it is now more vulnerable to death by physical attacks.

Thankfully, Weak Armor doesn't appear too commonly in the Pokémon games. Only 18 Pokémon have access to the ability, with 15 of those Pokémon having it as their hidden ability. The remaining three are Roggenrola, Boldore, and Garbodor, who have it as a secondary ability. But the fact that any Pokémon should have to waste one out of their possible three abilities on this stinker is upsetting.
