10 Worst Video Games Of 2018
6. Bravo Team
Supermassive Games sadly went 0-2 in 2018, by following-up The Inpatient with an even lazier, lower-effort VR offering in Bravo Team.
Widely hyped as "Rainbow Six for PSVR", even the basic thrill of using the headset's brilliant Aim controller was rendered mostly moot due to the game's flat visuals, awful locomotion mechanics, boring campaign and unresponsive controller tracking.
Without even basic online PVP functionality, Bravo Team was dead-on-arrival and rightly panned by critics, before Eurogamer posted a fascinating expose of the game's troubled, rushed development.
Thankfully headset owners got their quality Rainbow Six experience a few months later with the release of the effortlessly superior Firewall Zero Hour. Supermassive, meanwhile, hasn't announced any PSVR projects since, and it's probably for the best.
