10 Worst Wii U Games So Far

3. The Letter

Released as a budget eShop title, The Letter is an adventure game that's just a special kind of awful. Clearly taking a cue from games like Slender, players explore a dimly environment with a torch in search of a mysterious letter. Unlike Slender, however there's not even a slight hint of pants-ruining tension to be found. Instead there are cryptic notes on walls that set up basic puzzles, one of which can be solved by just waiting around for a minute. If there's one thing that can be said about The Letter is that it doesn't outstay its welcome and can be completed in 10 minutes. It may not be great value for money, but it's at least acutely aware of how terrible it is.

When I'm not playing games, I'm probably either writing about them somewhere or singing stupid songs inspired by them. Or eating pizza.
