40. Zeus - God Of War 2/3

zeus Zeus is the ruler of Olympus and the King of the Gods, also later revealed to be Kratos's father. When Kratos was young, Zeus kidnapped his brother Deimos, believing him to be the boy who would bring about the end of the Gods, before subjecting him to extreme torture. Zeus helped Kratos in the first game but then, fearing he would overthrow him, Zeus betrayed Kratos and devised a plan to kill him.

39. Dracula - Castlevania

Dracula Dracula is often depicted as the embodiment of evil, never more so than in the Castlevania series, in which he is resurrected every 100 years with a thirst for human blood and does battle with the Belmont family, who are tasked with stopping his uprising. Dracula believes that every being is inferior to him and can transform into many creatures during battle, including bats and wolves, to heighten his dark powers.

38. John Henry Eden - Fallout 3

John Henry Eden As you travel the wasteland of Fallout 3, occasional radio messages from the President of the United States, John Henry Eden, permeate your journey, filling your heads with knowledge of the past and how the Enclave can restore the wasteland to its original state. It is not until late in the game that Eden is revealed to be a self-aware, manipulative, supercomputer that is heavily learned in American history.

37. Goro - Mortal Kombat

Goro At the time of the first Mortal Kombat, Goro had been the undefeated champion for 500 years and was able to win 9 Mortal Kombat tournaments in a row. He appeared before the fight against Shang Tsung as a sub-boss and was notable not only for his four arms, but also for the fact that he was extremely difficult to defeat, with his attacks dealing much more damage than any other character in the game.

36. Giovanni - Pokemon

Giovanni Pokemon Giovanni was a very skilled Pokemon trainer who was thus the head of Team Rocket, as well as, in a plot twist, the final Gym Leader that needed to be bested before taking on the Elite Four. Whilst he specialises in ground-type Pokemon, he had a desire to collect every rare Pokemon in existence, employing Team Rocket to capture them by any means possible and without care for the Pokemon's well being.
