35. Doctor Neo Cortex - Crash Bandicoot
Cortex suffered from bullying from a young age and planned to get his revenge by creating an army of super beasts with he Evolvo-Ray, which could mutate common animals into incredibly intelligent creatures. However, Cortex also created Crash and his girlfriend this same way, planning to make him the general in his army, a plan that backfired and left Cortex as the creator of his own greatest nemesis.
34. Big Boss - Metal Gear Solid
Big Boss was known by many as the greatest warrior of the 20th century, who was later the unwitting genetic centre of Les Enfants Terribles, a project that created his clones, Solid, Liquid and Solidus Snake. Later he planned to use the Metal Gear bipedal tank to become the world's largest superpower, but is stopped by Snake, who he actually sent on the mission, believing him to be too inexperienced to manage.
33. Edea Kramer - Final Fantasy VIII
For the first two discs of Final Fantasy VIII, Edea is seemingly the game's central antagonist, with some fans believing that the shard of ice she propels through Squall at the climax of disc 1, actually kills him. When defeated though, it becomes clear that she was actually under Ultimecia's spell and was not evil, and that she was actually the matron of the orphanage where the central characters all grew up. Spooky.
32. Lance Vance - Grand Theft Auto: Vice City
Lance Vance was one of Tommy's closes friends in Vice City as they worked together to get revenge on Ricardo Diaz for ambushing their deal and killing Lance's brother. Once Diaz was dead, Lance became disheartened at his role in the gang they had inherited, believing that Tommy did not respect his contributions, eventually leading him to Betray Tommy to his old boss Sonny at the game's climax.

What can be said about the Great Mighty Poo that you can't possibly take from his name? Well, he is a foul-mouthed, opera-singing villain who is nothing more than his name suggests, a giant poo. One of the most humorous villains on this list, his confrontation with Conker amounts to a throwing match, as he attacks Conker with fecal matter, who in return destroys him with rolls of toilet paper.
