11 Former Wii U Exclusives The Nintendo Switch Can Save

Star Fox Zero has had a bumpy ride. Much like another adored Nintendo franchise, F-Zero, Nintendo took more than ten years between the GameCube's Star Fox Assault to produce Zeroin 2016. And even then, most complaints were about how the gamepad was used in a gimmicky fashion and made the game far lesson enjoyable to play than traditional analogue sticks. F-Zero has been on hiatus since 2003.

Shigeru Miyamoto has repeatedly said he wanted a new control scheme for that franchise, too. All Nintendo fans want is straightforward games that are great to play: hence the success of Fast Racing Neo/RMX on both Wii U and Switch.

Star Fox on Switch could be great. Ditching the asymmetrical screen-based play in favour of a straight-up stunning arcade experience would take the series back to its roots and back into the hearts of gamers.

Hell, Star Fox 2's inclusion on the Super Nintendo Classic Mini made a splash across the pages of the internet, so too could Star Fox for Switch. We want silly-sounding voice actors, arcade action with a ton of power-ups and normal controls!
