11 Hotly Anticipated Video Game Sequels That Would Dominate E3
5. Bully 2
Whether they knew they were onto something truly special back in 2007 or not, Rockstar hit it clean out the park with Bully. From the mischievous Harry Potter-esque score that connoted wonder and exploration around the entirety of Bullworth Academy, to the perfect meld of GTA's game engine, the humdrum nature of school life and the escapist fantasies every kid sat at a desk as partook in, Bully became your portal into another life. Taking the fight back to the jocks and bullies themselves and throwing snowballs at teachers before skipping out on boring classes to raise hell and dodge prefects was one thing, but then you realise every part of this was pulled off without a hitch - they even make it so if you did go to class, you learned new abilities. Just like real life! It's highly possible that because of the runaway success this had, Rockstar have no idea how to follow up without doing the same things over again with a new coat of paint - something the re-released 360 version already did. However, with their trademark humour elevating any project into new realms of instant enjoyment and the setting itself still being extremely unique all these years later, it's very possible this is what Rockstar are gearing up to unveil after all.
